Iconic Awards Africa (ICAF) is a Pan-African recognition and experience platform created to celebrate individuals and organisations demonstrating excellence, leadership, innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and meaningful impact. ICAF brings together Africans from diverse industries and backgrounds to recognise achievements, share experiences, establish valuable connections and celebrate the richness of African identity.
OUR JOURNEY
The journey began with Nigeria Icons Awards (INIA), established to recognise individuals making notable contributions within Nigeria. As the vision grew, the organisers recognised an opportunity to build something that extended beyond one country, connecting outstanding Africans from different backgrounds. That vision gave birth to Iconic Awards Africa (ICAF), the next chapter: a platform with a broader African identity and an ambition to celebrate excellence across borders.

CONVENER
Nwani Israel Prince, CEO of ISIG Group Limited, is a Nigerian entrepreneur, event planner and creative director. His work spans events, creative production, training, media and youth development. Building on Nigeria Icons Awards (INIA), he created ICAF to recognise achievements across Africa. His vision is a credible Pan-African platform connecting leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives and emerging talents while giving African excellence greater visibility.
