Nomination Terms
Submitting a nomination does not automatically guarantee that the individual, brand or organization will become an official nominee or receive an award.
All nominations are subject to eligibility checks and review by the ICAF organizing team.
Information supplied during nomination must be accurate to the best of the nominator’s knowledge. ICAF reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, misleading or ineligible submissions.
ICAF may contact nominees to verify information before confirming or publicizing their nomination.
Voting Rules
Only votes submitted through officially approved ICAF voting channels will be recognized.
The use of bots, automated systems, fraudulent accounts, technical manipulation or other unauthorized methods of generating votes is prohibited.
ICAF reserves the right to investigate suspicious voting activity and remove votes reasonably determined to be invalid or fraudulent.
Nominees may campaign and encourage supporters to vote, provided such campaigns comply with the official voting rules.
The final determination of results will be made after verification of valid votes and application of any judging criteria officially announced for the relevant award category.
Ticket Terms & Refund Policy
Tickets purchased for ICAF 2026 are valid only for the ticket category, number of persons and event specified at the time of purchase.
Tickets must not be duplicated, altered or fraudulently reproduced. ICAF reserves the right to refuse admission where a ticket cannot be reasonably verified.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, purchased tickets are non-refundable. Where ICAF cancels the event entirely, the organization will communicate the applicable refund, transfer or rescheduling arrangements to affected ticket holders.
Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date, subject to official communication from ICAF.
Ticket holders are responsible for safeguarding their tickets and purchase confirmations.
